Twenty Faces (二十面相 Ni-jū Mensō) is the alias of a group of people who wish to bring about their own type of justice through killing others. Originally, this alias was for Namikoshi but others used it in order to hide their own murders and make it seem like a serial killer was behind it. The reason behind Twenty Faces' existence is to create a fear of sorts amongst criminals and to test Namikoshi's Dark Star formula, it is also used as a sign of revolution amongst the people later in the series.
Twenty Faces is represented by a helmet or mask that looks like a skull with a deep red cross above its right eye socket.
